Online Training This website markets, sells, delivers and grades "closed-book" FAA-Certified online classes as an alternative to on-site Recurrent Training. Upon passing a uniquely-generated exam, it issues a printable certificate to each student.

Construction Document Management We automated the process of distributing digital construction documents to subcontractors. Gathers subcontractor profiles & pre-qualifications, associates each with particular projects, tracks all registered user activity, automates notification of updated documents, provides user a means to send selected documents to a print service.

Inventory Management This is a system enabling a commercial equipment distributor to enter incoming inventory into a database which is called upon to display all details in a webpage table, which can be sorted by category for a buyer’s particular needs. Each item is linked to its detail page for further description, images and a brief inquiry form associated by inventory number. Provides a brief request form to gather and match a buyer’s needs with equipment as it arrives.

Live Weather & Tides Features; Forum We added the requested and useful weather features to the home page of a world-reknown sportfishing boatbuilder website. Displays current looping radar image as well as weather & tides information by user-selected location. We also added a sportfishing forum where interested parties can register, create, post & reply to topics.

Facebook™ Fishing Enthusiast Group We built a Facebook™ application from scratch, creating a worldwide portal where members may "Catch, Post & Share All Things Fishing". A registered member may add a catch to his Fish List, which displays all details of the catch, including date & location, lure used and user-uploaded photo. A member may also view the Fish List of any Facebook™ friend who is also a member.

Browser Extension Autopen is the first Google Chrome extension that allows a user to create multiple HTML email signatures for Gmail, Google Apps and Yahoo webmail clients. One can compose and save signatures with images and links using either a Rich Text editor or HTML code editor. Development is ongoing, with new features added periodically. Try it! »

Subcontractor Portal This system provides a General Contractor with a simple, user-friendly, centralized construction document distribution center accessible to his subcontractors by username & password. All plans, specifications, addendums and updates are arranged by project name and category in a collapsible "tree" file list to be selected and downloaded. Within a few months, this business owner had saved several times the cost of this system in man/hours previously spent making sure that all involved had all information they needed.

Resort Guest Reservations As the initial phase in an automation of guest reservations, we developed a simple browser-based interface for owner to book, review or cancel reservations to a central database. Allows a visitor to quickly check availability of any cabin and send an automated reservation request. We added a central webpage table to allow a potential guest to sort all cabins by any category, as well as an administration interface to allow property owner to add, edit or delete cabins, features, seasonal rates, etc. Allows owner to enter, view and cancel reservations from a smartphone in the event of loss of power, phone lines or cable/DSL internet access.

Multi-Level Information Access This is an online resource center to distribute information, promotional materials and media for a multi-line distributor of HVAC equipment. Allows dealers to register at access level 1, with option of requesting level 2 per approval by website owner. Tracks all orders by user.

Private Professional Network We designed a member-generated referral list of unconditionally recommended professional service providers available only to registered client members. The list is arranged by category alphabetically and is administered via a simple web interface. Invitations to special events will are accessible by password only.

Content Management This website allows an equipment distributor to enter new equipment models as they are developed, allowing him to easily add/delete/edit the listing and detail page of any machine, image, description or category. It assembles each page "on the fly" from text and images stored on a database.

Custom WordPress™ blog site This website was built upon the highly popular WordPress™ platform and features a custom "look & feel template", user-updated slideshows and an events calendar synced to desktop & iPhone. Site owner is a world-travelling chef and can easily add galleries, images, new posts, accept comments and keep his friends and followers updated on his adventures.
